Harvard Peabody Museum, CMHI
Founded in 1968, the Corpus of Maya Hieroglyphic Inscriptions Program (CMHI) is an Active Research Archive and on-going Recording Program of the Peabody Museum of Archaeology and Ethnology, Harvard University, devoted to the recording and dissemination of information about all known ancient Maya inscriptions and their associated figurative art.
Working closely with the program director, Barbara Fash, I developed a dynamic homepage and catalog for the Corpus. I implemented a cataloging system designed to be easily accessed and modified by the museum staff, so that the website could grow as the Corpus did. I was responsible for all html, actionscript and php programming as well as the overall graphic design of the site.
